Online Summer Conversation Classes

Choose any of the 3 proposed dates in August and come to practice your Czech in Beginners 2 or Advanced group.

Saturday Czech School: age 4-99

There are no fees for kids and high school students who are Ontario residents.  

Registration for the next school at Ottawa-Carleton District School Board’s International Languages Program (ILP OCDSB) opens every year June 1. Your early registration will secure that the classes will be opened again next year. Please choose Elementary … Program for Kids Classes, Secondary … Program for Teens and Adults.

No prior knowledge of Czech is necessary to join the program.

Kids Classes

September  – June

In-person classes: 9:30 – 12:00

Virtual classes: 1:30 – 3:30

Every Saturday except statutory holidays

JK-Grade 8

When registering, choose Saturday AM for in-person classes or Saturday PM for virtual classes.

Teens and Adults

September – June

Virtual classes: 9:00 – 12:30

Every Saturday except statutory holidays

Grade 9 – 12 + adult education

High school credit language courses are offered in three levels.

OCSBS students should register through their Guidance Counsellors.

Non-OCDSB students and adult students should complete registration form.

Adult Ontario residents can register for the classes for the fee of is $50.00 for the full year program. Additional fees apply for out-of-province high school students and adults
